Dia Noga

For not having any source material I thought this was pretty cool when I made it.  After seeing Hasbro's I thought "oh yeah, that's how it should've looked."  This was how I figured it looked based on an old questionable, production drawing.  The picture had six fins but when I was making it the two center fins broke off so I figured this one has only four.  Notice I kept the mouth like on the vintage one.  2001
