Import Tuner Speeder

I just thought it'd be cool to do a speeder in today's import racer style.  Originally, I thought I'd paint the wing flat black with aluminum supports to resemble the huge aftermarket ones you see on a lot of cars but it looked pretty good in the solid yellow.  The big hood scoop is supposed to be some sort of boost system for the engines.  I figure its the Coruscanti street racers' equivalent of a nitrous system.  The scoop is the inlet to a sort of mix system that combines air and some exotic Star Wars chemical to really jack up the performance.  Make sure you look at the pictures at the bottom of the page for the lights.  March 2005

Fog lamps! Pics don't do it justice.

The floating neon look.  It doesn't come out too well in the photos.  My camera's aperture doesn't work too well in low light, it doesn't seem to focus when  the light's too dim.  That's why the yellow light under the body looks white.  Its very bright and very yellow in person.
